About the Leadership section

The Leadership section of your profile is all about your ideal team lead and how much leadership you'd like to exercise in your job.

Leader: Describe your ideal team lead here in adjectives. This helps employers picture if you're describing your future team lead so they can make sure it's a great fit.

Role: Climbing the proverbial ladder is not a job requirement. If you'd like to pursue leadership opportunities, select an option on the left side of the scale; if you'd prefer to contribute as a team member or lead smaller efforts, select an option on the right side of the scale.

Autonomy: If you prefer a hands-off leadership style where you have the autonomy to do what you think is best, select an option on the left side of the scale; if you prefer more structure and someone telling you exactly what needs to be done, select an option on the right side of the scale.
