About the Culture section

The Culture section of your profile is all about creating an environment where you can bring your whole self to work.

Values: Share your core values here. You can also think of them as your guiding principles for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

Minority Representation: This is the percentage of the workforce you would like to be people of color, LGBT+, or other minority group. 

Female Representation: This is the percentage of the workforce you would like to be female.

Dress code: This is the company dress code you'd prefer. Select the option that you feel represents you the most authentically.

When you are viewing a job posting, these fields are slightly different:

Values: Typically, these are the company values. Employers are encouraged, however, to write this from the team's perspective – imagine the team as a business within a business with its own company values, and include them here.

Minority Representation: This is the current percentage of the workforce who are people of color, LGBT+, or other minority group.

Female Representation: This is the current percentage of the workforce who are female.

Dress code: This is the company dress code.
